| If a product is damaged or malfunctioning when delivered, call 800.960.2015 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), then return it for immediate repair or replacement. If you have any questions about shipping reimbursement for DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES, please ask the support agent issuing your return authorization for clarification. Should you simply want to return an item, call for an RMA number. Items must be received within 30 days of purchase. Repackaging/restocking fees will apply. Repackaging/restocking fees vary.
