If a product is damaged or malfunctioning when delivered, call WNE for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), then return it for immediate replacement. If a product malfunctions at a later date, call World Net Enterprises at 800.960.2015 for warranty assistance. If you simply need to return an item, please call customer service at 800.960.2015 for return instructions and a RMA number. A restocking fee may apply.
